USEFUL INFORMATION FOR OUR GUESTS

We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the frequently asked questions and their answers. However, if you don’t find the answers to your questions, our staff will be happy to assist you. Please use the form on the website or contact us directly via email or phone.

Wireless Internet

Wi-Fi “Skandynawia Przystań” is available free of charge throughout the entire complex.

Extra beds

The cottages are designed for 4 people. There is a possibility of additional 2 sleeping places.

Small children

Families with children are welcome here. We provide free accessories for infants: a travel cot, changing mat, baby bathtub, and a high chair – please contact us in advance to make a reservation.

Distance from Energylandia Amusement Park.

Our cottages are located only 100 meters away from the largest amusement park in Poland. Energylandia is within sight.

Tourist tax

No tourist tax is applicable in our location.

Smoking and cigarettes

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cottage. This includes electronic cigarettes as well. We kindly ask all guests to comply with this policy for the comfort and safety of everyone.

Parking

We offer a spacious parking area where you can safely leave your car.

Payments

We accept advance payments for all services. You can pay in cash, by debit/credit card, VISA card, and through Przelewy24.

Storage of personal belongings

You can safely store your personal belongings as each cottage is equipped with a safe.

Arrival

You are welcome to arrive from 3:00 PM on the day of your arrival. If you happen to arrive earlier, you can easily leave your luggage at the reception.

If your arrival is scheduled for the evening hours, please contact us.

Dogs and other animals

If you wish to bring your pet, please notify us in advance. We provide pet beds for dogs or cats. There is an additional fee of 75 PLN per day for the pet. Dogs should be kept on a leash or in a muzzle while on the premises. It is the owner’s responsibility to clean up after their pet.

PKP, PKS and BUS

We recommend the nearest PKP train stations:
– Zator Station
– Oświęcim Station
– Wadowice Station

PKS and BUS: You can reach us by bus – the nearest bus stop is Zator Rynek (next to the church).

Gas station

There is a gas station located in our vicinity, just 800 meters away on Władysław Grabski Street.

ATM

The nearest ATM is located 750 meters away on 3 Maja Avenue.

Pharmacy

There is a pharmacy located 1.7 kilometers away on Kolejowa Street
